Ahhh September- the month of back to school, the county fair, apples & FREE BOB STROLLERS!

Thanks to the amazing generosity of Absolute Bikes, N. AZ's largest BOB retailer, we have a free, brand-new BOB stroller to give away to the mom/dad/caregiver who attends the most Stroller Strides/Fit4Baby classes this month.
Rules, there aren't many!
- Attend as many classes as possible, make sure you sign-in as that will be our record of attendance!
- Refer a friend to class (they have to sign up for their free class online & attend class, they don't have to buy a membership) and earn an extra day of attendance. 1 friend = 1 class
- In case of a tie, we will hold a raffle between moms to determine the winner

Don't be discouraged if you haven't been to class yet- we have over 9 classes/week, there are plenty of opportunities to add days to your total!
MWF: 9:15 am Buffalo Park
Tue/Thur: 10:15am Bushmaster Park & 5:15pm Buffalo Park
Fit4Baby (pregnant ladies only): Wed, Buffalo Park 5pm, Sat, Synergy Fitness 9:30am
* Don't need a BOB Stroller?- you can also compete for a $100 gift certificate to a local restaurant.

City of Flagstaff Recreation Services is proud to present the Flagstaff Children’s Music and Arts Festival. This family-friendly event celebrates the artistic potential of all youth in our community. In addition to dance and music performances, children can make recycled crafts, make their own musical instrument, paint and draw. There will be a Kiddie Caboose, the Police Dept, a Fire Truck, carnival games, Library Bookmobile, bounce house, musical instrument workshops and other fun activities.
And of course, Stroller Strides! Drop by & visit me- I've got tons of free LUNA bars & lip balms!!
