Those of you that are stay at home moms- I want to hear what YOU do in a 'typical day'.
Class meets Mon, Wed, Fri 9:15AM at the Ramada in Buffalo Park. Every Stroller Strides class is a TOTAL body workout including, cardio, strength training, balance and flexibility. All you need to bring is a mat/towel, water, sunscreen and snacks for your baby!
Stroller Strides is proud to offer the Luna Moms Club, powered by LUNA bar! This free club has weekly playgroups, monthly Moms Night Out and quarterly community service projects.
Wanna run a 5k? How about a 10k? Half Marathon? Marathon? With Stroller Strides running programs you will be racing your way across the finish line in no time.
As part of the Luna Moms Club "Moms with a Mission" program we complete quarterly community service programs. So far this year we've raised $3,000 for Girls on the Run and $1,500 for the March of Dimes!
It can be lonely and overwhelming being a new (or even an 'old') mom- with Stroller Strides you're not alone. Come meet other moms in Flagstaff and take some time out for yourself, with your kids. We've all been there and love to help!
Ok. Ok I'll start: on top of the constant worry of am I doing enough for Lily's emotional, physical, mental & spiritual development I spend my days: running & marketing Stroller Strides, doing a few odd jobs here & then, watching my riduculously fast & curious daughter, entertaining her, comforting her, feeding her, cleaning up after her, loving her, dancing with her, walking & taking care of the dog, trying to squeeze in a shower, a few personal emails, maybe a run if I'm lucky, updating blogs for the grandparents, paying bills, balancing the budget, grocery shopping, planning & making dinners, breakfasts & lunches, trying to teach consequences, giving hugs, kissing boo boos, changing copious diapers...whew. I can't think of anything else. Things I don't get to do: sit on the couch (sit down- unless its at the computer), eat bon-bons, watch Oprah, long, leisurely lunches & coffees with my other bored stay at home mom friends.. Some days, like today, I wonder if it would be OK to go to Sams Club in my pjs.... :)
