I came across this blog post today & LOVED IT!!!

I went for a run this morning. While running, I noticed my bouncing derrière.
There was a time in my life where this feeling alone would have stopped me dead in my tracks and caused me to retreat to the closest four walls, but today I celebrated.

I celebrated the strength in my glutes, thighs, and calves.

I celebrated my curves.

I celebrated being a woman.

I celebrated my daughter.

I celebrated the wind on my face.

I celebrated the beauty that enveloped my running body.

I celebrated Tigger and his jolly bounciness.

I celebrated kangaroos.

I celebrated women all over the world.

I celebrated my spirit.

I celebrated life.

I CELEBRATED.

The simple act of celebration caused me to run harder and faster.

And it all stemmed from my bouncing bottom.

What can you celebrate today that once caused you pain?

Define it.

Find what’s perfect about it.

Celebrate.
