Don't have the money for a tummy-tuck or a butt lift?? Then head on over to Stroller Strides class tomorrow- we are going to continue on our quest for tight, firm & STRONG butts & bellies.
The cool thing about our Stroller Strides classes is that we are not only working on improving the parts of our bodies that may not be our favorites, but we are also & more importantly making them STRONGER- making ourselves "Fit for Motherhood". How many times a day do you bend over? Pick something up? Twist around while carrying some sort of load? I've got a light 17 pounder (can't imagine what you mom's of toddlers do) and still at the end of the day I can feel my lower back.. My abs are not back yet and my butt is not yet where I want it to be- which is why I will be at class tomorrow ready to work!! And so will YOU!!!! :)
