In class, do moves using one leg and one body at a time (alternating)- the extra work you do to stabilize your body will strengthen your abs. Out of class, squeeze in your belly whenever you pick something up (hello baby!), get out of bed/chair/couch etc. Try it for a week- see how your lower back feels. I DARE YOU!
While this picture is a bit goofy it demonstrates how easy it is to change your body just by tightening your abs! Look at the curve in her lower back on the left side versus the right.
