Don’t get stuck in the crunch rut! One of the most effective ab exercises is the bicycle- it works more than just your rectus abdominis (6-pack). Lay on your back, legs up, knees bent at 90 degrees, hand behind your head & slowly bring your opposite elbow to opposite knee. And of course, suck in your bellies while twisting.
